• Max occupancy: 8 guests
• Rates are based on occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children.
• Minimum stay: 6 nights during the summer season.
• Check-in from 4 PM.
• Check-out by 11 AM (whenever possible, we’re happy to offer a later check-out).
• The rate includes final cleaning, light daily housekeeping and a mid-week linen change.
• Children must be supervised by their parents at all times while on the property.
• No pets allowed.
• Events and Photoshoots on request.

Payment and reservation conditions
Reservations require a minimum notice of 24 hours. To confirm your stay, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount, while cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to the full reservation amount.
